These towers have been widely used in the geographical area of ​​Iran. The mentioned towers have been used in domestic and foreign projects such as in Sri Lanka.

63 kV towers

63 kV towers, 63 kV lines are considered as high voltage lines, which are also known as super distribution lines. NN, AA, CC type towers are the common production towers of this voltage level in Yasan company, which are designed (stylized) in the form of two open circuits. These towers have been widely used in the geographical area of ​​Iran. The mentioned towers have been used in projects such as Farsan Kohrang, Shahrood Industrial Town, Fars Electricity, Zahedan's second water supply line, etc.

132 kV towers

132 kV towers 132 kV lines are considered as high voltage lines and they are also known as super distribution lines. Towers of type 10A, 3A, HS2-MS030A, T260A-T2 are also used in the Sultanabad, Safiabad project and are similar to 3A-MS0 type in terms of dimensions.

230 kV towers

230 KV towers 230 KV lines are considered as very high pressure lines and they are also referred to as transmission lines. The T1-30-T1, 10-HS1, 3-LS160 towers are single-circuit towers used in the Senegal project located in the African continent, which were designed and produced by Yasan company.

400 kV towers

400 KV towers 400 KV lines are considered as very high pressure lines and they are also referred to as transmission lines. Towers 60-T1, 30-T1, 10-HS1, 3-LS1 are old single-circuit towers (KEC design) used in projects such as Shadmehr in Khorasan province, Middle Ardabil located in East Azarbaijan province and Birjand Zahedan in Sistan province. and Baluchistan.

Telescopic telecommunication towers The telecommunication towers produced in Yasan company have a great diversity in terms of design and application. A large part of the customers of these products are telecommunication companies such as Hamorul Aul, Irancell and Iran Telecom. The use of the latest global standards in the design and construction of these telecommunication towers has made Yasan a familiar name for customers.

Power transmission telescopic towers

Telescopic power transmission towers. Telescopic or single-post towers are generally used in areas where space is limited in the transmission line. These types of towers occupy less space and it is less possible to climb them than mesh towers. Therefore, telescopic power transmission towers are very suitable for urban areas with high population density. Yasan company has started the production of this type of masts since 2004 and now with the production capacity of 40 thousand tons per year and a specialized design team in this field, it is considered one of the reliable suppliers of all types of telescopic masts in Iran. Among the completed projects, we can mention the 63 KV power transmission line project of Malek Makan to Fars regional electricity company, which was successfully delivered temporarily and is now in operation. Grating

Step grating

Stair grating is produced based on BS4592 and MBG531 standards. Currently, most of the orders are produced in the form of electro-forging, which makes the parts stronger and more uniform. Stair grating has three main parts, as can be seen in the photo below:

1. Grating: According to the application, it is used in two types, ordinary and ordinary.

2. Next to the stairs: Based on the staircase plan, holes are created in the side sheet for ease of installation.

3. In front of the stairs: The front sheet of the stairs is used to increase the strength, friction and safety of the stairs

Many petrochemical, oil and gas, food and agricultural industries use this type of stairs. In addition to its high strength, this type of stairs prevents users from sliding when oil spills on the surface, and the material is easily removed from the surface.

Modares grating

Like the rest of the gratings, the Modares grating is produced in two ways: electro-fuge and manual. The difference of this product is the uneven and jagged surface of the belts used. In most of the orders, the electro-forged type is used because it is not only stronger than the manual type, but also has a more uniform appearance, so that it is sometimes used in interior decoration designs. This type of grating creates more friction with surface objects and allows users to move and work in very slippery conditions. Among these conditions, we can mention the freezing of surfaces and the falling of slippery materials such as oil and petroleum products. The belt used in this type of grating is produced in a serrated form during a one-way punching process, and at specific intervals, they are mixed together with the square beams by an automatic electromechanical device by creating an electric current at the connection points.

Belt-in-belt grating is among the gratings that are produced by manual and electroforge methods. This type of grating has more strength than the type of belt in rebar, and the belts are inserted into each other in the form of a comb by creating a groove and are connected to each other by welding. Different standards have been defined for the use of this type of grating in industries, which has finally turned this product into one of the most widely used and safest surface coverings.

Electrofuge grating

The electrofuge grating is produced by connecting interfaces and carriers (which are usually four-sided bars) by an automechanical device. In addition to the passage of electric current with mechanical pressure, the electroforge welding machine melts the connected parts and because of that, uniform and integrated grating is produced. Grating clamp

Grating clamp is one of the non-welded connections of grating to the relevant structure. These types of clamps are sometimes produced differently based on the type of grating. The use of this type of clamp is mostly used in places where welding is not possible or there is a possibility of moving the grating. Metal bases of electrical substations

All metal structures used in power transmission stations, such as insulating bases and metal racks, are designed, produced and implemented by Yasan Company. These types of structures are hot-dip galvanized and are very simple in terms of design, and sometimes the connections are made by welding. The history of the production of these types of structures in Yasan company has a long history and since 1373, the production and galvanization of these parts has been done.

Electric post gunners

Gantry structures are used in power transmission stations, which are similar to power transmission towers in terms of design, materials used, and the method of production. Yasan company has produced and used these types of structures in different voltages from 63 kV to 400 kV in various projects throughout Iran.

Yasan company has always been present in many domestic and foreign projects, indirectly, as a supplier of substation metal structures, and has recorded the production of more than 6000 tons of gantry with more than 50 successful contracts.

Gantry structures are one of the most used structures in power transmission line stations. Foundation construction and gantry installation operations are carried out by the executive team of Yasan company. So far, this company has registered several successful EPC projects in the field of gantry structures production and installation projects, such as Lamard post, Amirkabir post gantry projects, etc. in its portfolio. In these projects, like all projects implemented by Yasan, all health and environmental requirements have been met in accordance with international standards.

The height and load on the mast can be changed based on the needs of the client, which is calculated by the engineering team and produced by the telecommunication workshop of Yasan Company.

The 3-base telecommunication towers are one of the most used communication towers in Iran, and their examples have been installed and commissioned for the first mobile companies, Irancell and Rightel. This type of mast has a height of 16 meters to 60 meters.

Bases of solar cells

After solar panels, the foundations of solar cells occupy a significant amount of capital, and most customers seek to reduce costs in this part of the project. Yasan company offers various options to customers with the special design of these types of structures. For example, in one of the designs, a cross section of a stud that is placed in the soil by pounding is used. This section may slightly increase the cost of buying iron, but this point should not be forgotten that this type of iron is compared to the cold form type. It is also considered as capital and can be sold and converted at any time, while in the cold form type, most of the cost is paid for the wages of manufacturing and forming the parts, and it may not have much capital value.

Cable car masts

Cable car masts are among the products that have been produced and implemented in Yasan company since 2010. Among the most famous cable car construction projects are Namak Abroud cable car line, Lahijan cable car and Aoun Bin Ali cable car located in Tabriz. A number of projects have been designed by the Austrian company Doppelmayr. This type of metal structures has been followed exactly based on the required standards in production, which has higher accuracy and reliability than other structures.

Electric poles of the railway line

Railway gates or electric poles of the railway line are among the metal structures whose parts are mostly connected by welding, and the main reason is the vibration of the trains next to the base, which leads to the movement of the bolts. These foundations can be seen in different forms of gates and single foundations based on the design of railway lines in grid and tubular forms. The design of such structures is based on the estimation of loads on the structure, among the capabilities of Yasan company. During the past years, major national projects such as Mehrshahr metro line project to Hashtgerd new city were produced and delivered by Yasan company.

Recreational structures

Recreational structures include structures that are considered infrastructure for the installation of recreational equipment. This type of structures is a combination of sheets, pipes, corners and other metal sections, all of which are galvanized according to ASTM A123 standard. The sledge project of Namak Abroud tourist town includes metal structures produced by Yasan company. These structures bear the loading of all incoming forces so that the installed equipment works properly.
